Pool Area Renovations Underway

We are excited to announce an extensive renovation of our community pool and spa area. This project will take care of essential repairs, including those identified in the 2023 defect report and by County authorities as necessary in order for us to keep the pool open. Further, it will include significant upgrades to improve the safety, longevity, and enjoyment of this wonderful community asset for years to come.

To complete this extensive and important work, the pool area will be closed for approximately three months. We anticipate the closure will begin early on October 6, 2025. We expect the pool to reopen in early 2026. These dates may change, particularly if there are more weather delays than planned.

This renovation is possible because of the Board’s successful efforts to secure a settlement from the developer to help fund the necessary repairs. By tackling these issues now, we are not just taking the essential steps necessary to retain our county permit to operate the pool, but we are also investing in the long-term health of our community’s facilities.
